Peel and Stick Wall Murals - Return Policy

At Peel and Stick Wall Murals, we strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. To ensure your satisfaction, please review our return policy before contacting us for any return requests.

Order Inspection:

Upon receiving your order, we ask that you unroll and inspect the entire print to ensure the product matches your order. Be sure to read the enclosed installation instructions prior to installing.
Return Eligibility:

Defective Products: Any item found to be defective can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange. Please inspect your product upon arrival to ensure it meets your expectations.
Stock Products: Stock murals may be returned for an exchange or refund prior to installation. To receive a full refund, murals should be re-packaged in their original shipping container and returned to us in the same condition they were received, with no visible damage. If the adhesive lining has been tampered with, removed, or reapplied, the product no longer qualifies for a refund. The product must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the order. After contacting us, we will issue you a return slip via email, which should be printed and placed inside the package being returned.
Custom Products: Custom orders, including custom font decals and murals ordered to fit specific wall dimensions, cannot be returned for a refund. However, if we make a mistake and send the wrong size, we will gladly replace it with the correct size and ship it to you free of charge upon return receipt and inspection of the original product.
Shipping Damage:

If your order has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for further instructions. It is important that you do not tamper with or peel away the liner, as this will void any return.
Important Notes:

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the initial shipping costs when returning a defective product. However, these costs will be refunded upon confirmation that the product is indeed defective.
Photographic Evidence: We may request photographic evidence of the defect before processing your exchange. Please have clear photos ready when you contact us.
Exchange Processing Timeframe: Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the defective item.
Original Packaging: To qualify for an exchange or refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging.
Installation Damage: We cannot accept returns for orders that were improperly installed. We highly suggest watching our DIY install videos and consulting your local paint professionals if you are unsure about your current wall substrates. If you do not feel comfortable with the installation, we recommend contacting a professional installer. Murals that have been installed cannot be returned.
Murals Installed: Installed murals are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
